I think they have access to the engine control module remotely, they talk about turning up and turning down the power, so I would think it might be possible to jam it up.

This reminds me of Prost and Senna battles where Prost knew he had to play dirty to stay ahead. Seems had the skill and the youth.

I think the pit team are not allowed do any remote changes to the car. The driver has to do all setting selections manually. But the team seems to have a control what options drivers can do.
It’s of course different thing if they actually
could do remote changes. It might be banned but perhaps still possible.
